Revisit the moment when you chose to exclude animal products in the first place
This exercise is beautifully simple yet profoundly impactful. Take a moment to recollect why you started this journey to eliminate animal products from your diet. There are many more reasons and benefits of becoming vegan. Eat something that reminds you of what you miss the most
Sticking to your commitment doesn't mean you can't treat yourself. By recreating familiar flavours, textures, and scents of meat-based dishes, you'll find it easier to stay on the plant-based path.
