To sweeten the bars, we use coconut palm sugar, a low-glycemic natural sweetener that adds just the right amount of sweetness without causing spikes in your blood sugar levels.

We select high-quality nuts and activate them through a soaking and drying process, which enhances their digestibility and nutrient availability. Porridge Bowl
Let's jump right into the ingredients:
50g porridge oats
350ml water
Toppings:
Blueberries
Banana
Pumpkin seeds
Cinnamon

Now, let's get cooking:
- Put 50g porridge oats in a saucepan
- Pour in 350ml water and sprinkle in a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Pour into a bowl and add the toppings. Enjoy!
